World-class tattooing takes over Red River Exhibition Park August 11th, 12th and 13th at the fifth annual Winnipeg Tattoo Convention. This three-day celebration of tattoo art and culture will feature more than 250 tattoo artists including local talent, some of North America’s best plus renowned tattoo artists from around the globe.
