Description
In Manitoba having adequate First Aid trained workers is a requirement, not a suggestion.
Review the Canadian Standard for First Aid in the Workplace to ensure you're meeting the First Aid requirements.
About the Course
Emergency First Aid Level C (Basic) is for Individuals requiring basic information on First Aid and CPR for their workplace, school, or personal interest. Upon Completion, participants receive a certificate valid for 3 years. This course is designed to comply with the CSA Z1210-17 Standard.
The course is 1 day in duration and will include:
- Responding to an emergency
- Recognizing a mental health emergency
- CPR & AED for adults, children, and Infants
- Bleeding and burn management
- Medical emergencies
