    About Us

The St. James Assiniboia 55+ Centre is an independently operated, charitable non-profit organization. We encourage community members to improve their quality of life by providing educational, recreational, health and social opportunities. We offer professional health services, fitness opportunities, recreational events, outings and volunteer opportunities. This wide variety of categories ensures that many people and their unique interests are embodied in our programs.

The St. James Assiniboia 55+ Centre was founded in 1993 and is still providing many entertaining and necessary opportunities today. As the senior population of the St. James area increases, our Centre strives to offer the best quality and most affordable events to our over 700 members. We aim to provide a kind and caring environment among all who attend.
