    About Us

Brathwaite’s Pharmacy is a local family-owned and operated pharmacy that has been serving the Winnipeg community since 1903. They offer free city-wide prescription delivery from Monday to Friday. The pharmacy is outfitted with a blood pressure kiosk and offers injection services as well. They strive to make healthcare for your family and yourself more accessible.

Originally, Brathwaites Pharmacy was located on Main Street where it hosted the lunch counter that would become one of Winnipeg's most iconic restaurants. The pharmacy would move to St. James in 1959. Eventually Brathwaites found its current home on Ness Avenue. The storied history is reflected in the artifacts displayed around the storefront. If you’re ever in the neighbourhood you might just want to stop in to take a closer look.

You might even be lucky enough to meet Pablo, the furriest member of the Brathwaite's team. Feel free to bring one of your own, the pharmacy is pet friendly and there’s enough treats to go around
